Property in Bigastro

The lovely Spanish town of Bigastro is situated e few kilometers South of Orihuela and lies in a region sometimes refereed to as The Vega Baja del Segura. It has a mixed population of around 8000 and although there are plenty of expats about, it has maintained a traditional Spanish feel. Bigastro is a lively little town with a typical church town square, plenty of bars and restaurants and a great street market every Thursday. It is surrounded by beautiful countryside with some lovely walks around the nearby Emabalse Pedrera lake and the nearby Golf Coures of La Marquesa Golf. You can still find some very nicely priced properties in Bigastro, from new build apartments to detached villas, which has started attracting a lot of interest from both investors and people looking to relocate.
