Los Montesinos sits just a few kilometres inland from Torrevieja and has become a very popular town for both the Spanish and international communities. It has retained its traditional Spanish vibe yet has become a very welcoming place for expats to settle. The busy high street stretches through the centre of the town with side streets leading off to village squares with lively bars and restaurants. Property in Los Montesinos is still remarkably cheap for such a popular town and considering it is only 10 minutes from Torrevieja and the popular Vistabella Golf resort, it remains one of the area’s best-kept secrets.

Just north of the town is the grand urbanisation of La Herrada, which has consistently been growing in size at a remarkable rate. Villas and townhouses seem to sell soon after they come on the market and new developments are often sold out well before they are completed. The modern and stylish urbanisation of Entre Naranjos, Vistabella and the fabulous Vistabella Golf Resort are just a quick 10 minute drive West of Los Montesinos. Here you can find some lovely resale villas and apartments  and new builds seem to be  snapped up off plan. Torrevieja, San Miguel and Orihuela are only a short drive away which has made Entre Naranjos a very sought after area.
