LEDDY CONTRACTORS S.L. COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. ELIGBILITY
This competition is open to any person of legal age. Employees of LEDDY CONTRACTORS S.L., affiliates, subsidiaries, or competition sponsors are not eligible to enter, nor are members of employees’ families. LEDDY CONTRACTORS S.L. also reserves the right to exclude or disqualify any other persons from the competition.
2. TO ENTER
To enter the competition and to be eligible to win the prize, an entrant must comply with the following requirements (an “Eligible Entry”):
a. Entrants must answer correctly each question or provide all the information require to participate.
b. Entrants may not participate more than once;
c. The name and correct email address of each entrant must be included;
d. Only entries received before the closing date will be accepted;
e. Entry to the competition constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions; and
f. No purchase is necessary to enter this competition.
3. USE OF DATA
By entering into this competition, each entrant agrees to allow LEDDY CONTRACTORS S.L. to process and deal with the personal information supplied to LEDDY CONTRACTORS S.L. on the entry form for the following purposes:
a. to administer the competition; and
b. to contact the winner.
The entrant’s personal information may be retained by LEDDY CONTRACTORS S.L. after the delivery of prizes to the winners for future promotions or mailings, unless the entrant has requested to be removed from the mailing list.
4. SELECTION OF WINNERS
LEDDY CONTRACTORS S.L. will draw a random winner from Eligible Entries on the closing date.
A winner will be announced on company´s Facebook and/or Twitter pages and contacted directly by telephone.
5. PRIZE
a. The winner will receive a weekend stay in the Thalasia Costa de Murcia hotel (2 guests, Friday and Saturday night, breakfast, dinner and Spa access included) up to the value of €300.
6. LIABILITY
a. LEDDY CONTRACTORS S.L. does not accept any responsibility or liability to any entrant arising out or in connection with this competition or in respect of any prize.
b. The entrant agrees that LEDDY CONTRACTORS S.L. will have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, costs, damage or disappointment of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly from acceptance, misuse or use of the prize.
7. WINNERS
a. LEDDY CONTRACTORS S.L. reserves the right to pick another winner, should the first drawn winner be unreachable after 48 hours via the contact details that he/she used to submit his/her Eligible Entry.
8. OTHER
a. Events may occur which render the promotion itself or the awarding of the prizes impossible due to reasons beyond the control of LEDDY CONTRACTORS S.L.
LEDDY CONTRACTORS S.L. may, in their absolution discretion, amend, modify, cancel or withdraw this competition at any time without notice and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to LEDDY CONTRACTORS S.L. as a result thereof.
b. In the event of the prizes above being unavailable, LEDDY CONTRACTORS S.L. reserves the right to substitute without prior notice the prize stated with an alternative prize of equal value.
c. The prizes are not transferable and cash alternatives will not be offered.
